Completed sale of my leasehold flat to freeholder but they’ve now said I owe £250 for repairs & 05 grnd rent?
I wasn’t sent an invoice for the ground rent nor did I receive notice of any structural repairs before or after they were done so is it fair/legal to say this should have been sorted prior to completion of the sale?
Once the sale is done its done.
