More money as Real Estate Agent or nurse with msn degree?

I’m about to graduate from high school in a bit and am stuck in deciding whether to be a real estate agent or nurse with an msn degree. Granted, I am well aware that it would take much much more time to become a nurse with an msn degree, however i am wondering if you make more money than you would in the Real Estate Business..please help..

How much you make in the real estate business depends on how good a salesperson you are and how many hours you’re willing to work. People have made millions in real estate sales. You certainly can’t say that about the nursing career. On the other hand, nursing provides a steady, reliable, dependable income that doesn’t vary with the real estate market. And not everyone does well in real estate sales. For every one who makes a million, there’s dozens more who are just barely getting by.
